Company Introduction
We are looking for a SR UI/UX Designer who will be part of a team that specializes in user
experience (UX) design and human-centered process, to help them build applications that are
intuitive, scalable and loveable!
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, executives, and other designers
to build scalable solutions to improve the user experience
Produce quality research artifacts including personas; journey maps; user and task flows
to learn and better understand user behavior and needs
Produce wireframes and other visual assets to support rapid prototyping of ideas
Create designs that are sensitive to our users across various media and form factors
Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
Advocate on behalf of the users and while using industry best practices for design
Execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Requirements
5+ years of work experience in a design role
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with distributed teams
Experience designing for multiple platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet)
Experience designing native mobile apps
Excellent visual design skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment
Experience designing on different tools, such as: Abstract, Sketch, InVision, Miro, Figma,
etc.
English level: Upper Intermediate
