At least 3 years of experience in management consulting
Previous experience in product management or other commercial functions in a consumer tech company
Proven project management and people management skills
Very strong analytical skills
Preferably with experience in a Fintech or Consumer Tech
MBA degree from a top university
Key Responsibilities
Design product/segment strategy and roadmap informed by on research, data analytics, and benchmarking,
Determining key performance indicators for product/segment and define reporting and performance measurement mechanisms
Define go-to-market strategy and oversee implementation
Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve performance
Build best practices and ideation network to get knowledge a disseminate them to operational teams
Set measure and control comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Oversee and project manage strategic projects between departments to ensure delivery of Quarterly KPIs
